Small is for head size 8 – 10″ (stretches to max 11″) if you measure from under the chin to top of head
Medium is for head size 10″ – 12″ (stretches to max 13″) measuring from under the chin up and around to top of head
Large is for head size 12″ – 14″ measuring from under the chin up and around to the top of the head.
Our girls typically wear a small, as they weigh between 4 – 7 pounds, but sometimes I will use a medium for my 7 pound gal. These can also be worn as a cute collar.
